Return Policy

Six Stars Marketing reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.

Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. Please contact us if you are unsure or undecided.


Six Stars Marketing will only honor product return if it is found defective within 3 days upon receiving the product & is due to manufacturing defect.
Please 
write in & inform us if your product is found defective within 3 days upon receiving from us via email to sales@sixstars2u.com.my

For Machine Supplies
Please retain the product in it's original packing & condition
 including the CD, cables, user manual & warranty (wherever applicable). We will get in touch with you on the following instruction on how to return the product to us.

For Printing Service
  • We DO NOT accept returns once artwork is confirmed and proceed to production.
  • We DO NOT accept returns with the reasons of you "change your mind!"
  • We will replace the goods if is printing error from our parts.
  • We accept goods returned for exchange or money back guarantee if the goods defective during delivery.
  • We accept goods returned for exchange or money back guarantee if the goods printed error or wrongly from our part.
  • The Goods Return Policy will be effective for a period of 7 working days from the time you received the goods.
  • We will responsible for the shipping charges on returning  the faulty goods to us.

  • The return process is simple. Just take the photo on the defective goods and email to us at 
  • Please send back to us the defective goods
  • We will bear the shipping charges on sending back the goods to us and also sending the replaced items to you.
  • The return policy will only be effective for a period of one(1) week from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
